Grizzlies' Jordan Farmar: Scores eight points in Tuesday's Game 2 loss

by RotoWire Staff | Special to CBSSports.com
Farmar compiled eight points (3-11 FG, 1-5 3Pt, 1-1 FT), two assists, two steals, and one rebound in 31 minutes during the Grizzlies' 94-68 loss to the Spurs on Tuesday.

Farmar climbed over 30 minutes for the first time since April 5, but the added court time didn't help him make marked improvement with his counting stats. The Spurs defense has been a dominant force all season, but Farmar will face the least resistance given that Tony Parker is among the opponent's weakest individual defenders. Even so, Farmar rarely commands the offense, as Tuesday was the fifth game in a row in which he failed to reach double figures in the scoring column.
